This proceeding arises under Reorganization Plan No. 14 of 1950 (64 Stat. 1267), the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended, 40 U.S.C. § 276a, and applicable regulations issued thereunder at 29 C.F.R. Part 5.
On September 27, 1996, the Administrator filed a Notice of Dismissal which was signed by both parties. Accordingly, as both parties are in agreement, this matter is hereby DISMISSED.
