DECISION AND ORDER APPROVING AGREED SETTLEMENT This proceeding is brought by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (hereinafter referred to as the OFCCP) to enforce the contractual obligations imposed on Wall Colmonoy Corporation by section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. § 793) and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto and set forth at 41 C.F.R. § 60- 745.29 and 41 C.F.R. part 60-30. This matter was assigned to the undersigned for hearing and adjudication. On August 11, 1995, I received a fully executed "Consent Findings, Agreement and Order", which bears the signatures of counsel for the Defendant and counsel for the Department of Labor. The Consent Findings and Agreement of the parties attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes are hereby adopted as the final disposition of this matter. Accordingly, the above-styled and numbered action is HEREBY DISMISSED with prejudice, subject only to this office's continuing jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of the Consent Findings and Agreement adopted herein as the final disposition of this matter, with each party to pay its own costs, fees, or other expenses incurred at any stage of these proceedings.
