By motion bearing date of August 181 1989, and received by me on August 21, 1989, complainants filed a motion for dismissal of Employer's appeal. However, on August 18, 1989, I issued a Recommended Decision and Order denying the original complaints, copies of which were sent to Complainants on said date. Thus, the motion for dismissal is MOOT and is hereby DENIED.
