The parties are ordered to show cause within seven days of this Order why I should not take judicial notice of the fact that a car carrier carrying at least seven passenger cars is a "commercial motor vehicle" as defined by 49 U.S.C. 2301(a), i.e has gross vehicle weight rating of ten thousand or more pounds.
