Approval of Settlement and Dismissal

    On December 22, 1983, complainant Clarence W. Crider and respondents Pullman Power Products Corp. and Pullman-Higgins Co. signed an agreement of settlement. That agreement provides, among other things, for the reinstatement of complainant to

his former position and for the release of respondents and their officers, agents and employees from any and all claims which complainant Crider may have had against them as of December 22, 1983. In view of this agreement, these cases are dismissed.
