Pursuant to my Order of February 2, 1987, Complainant has submitted a copy of the Settlement Agreement and Release signed by Complainant and Respondent in the above-captioned case.
I have reviewed the terms of this agreement and find that the, agreement is fair, adequate and reasonable. I, therefore approve the settlement and accept the ALJ's recommendation that the above-captioned case be dismissed. See Recommended Order of Dismissal, issued December 17, 1986.
Accordingly, the complaint in this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
