Pursuant to my March 15, 1989, Order to Submit Settlement Agreement, Respondent's counsel has submitted a document entitled "Settlement Agreement and Full and Final Release of all Claims" signed by the parties.
The terms set forth in this document have been reviewed and I have concluded that the settlement entered into by the parties is fair, adequate and reasonable, and I approve it. Accordingly, as stipulated by the parties, this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. See Settlement Agreement and Full Final Release of All Claims at 5.
