SECRETARY OF LABOR
WASHINGTON, D.C.
Case No. 85-STA-10
In the Matter of
FLEET TRANSPORTATION/GUNTER
On November 29, 1985, Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Parlen L. cKenna issued and submitted to me an order of Dismissal Pursuant To Settlement in the above-captioned case, which arises under the employee protection provisions of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of.1982, 49 U.S.C. app. § 2305(c)(1)(1982). The basis for the order of dismissal was the parties' November 6, 1985 notification to the ALJ that they had reached a settlement and the submission of a Stipulation of Dismissal that provided for this proceeding to be dismissed with prejudice. In view of this stipulation the complaint in this case is dismissed with prejudice, and no further action is required.
