The hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to take place before the undersigned Administrative Law Judge of the U.S. Department of Labor, on Tuesday, April 17, 2001 commencing at 9:00 a.m. in Illinois.
On April 4, 2001, the Grant Officer notified this Court by facsimile transmission that the parties will likely resolve this matter voluntarily and that the parties will undertake to either a file a Stipulation of Dismissal or request that the hearing be rescheduled within thirty (30) days.
On May 23, 2001, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal, indicating that all issues raised by this case had been voluntarily resolved.
Accordingly, in view of the foregoing, the Stipulation of Dismissal is hereby APPROVED and the case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
