This proceeding arises under the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA), 29 U.S.C. § 1579(a), and the applicable regulations set forth at 20 C.F.R. Part 636 et seq.
On June 28, 1996, Complainant informed this Office of their decision to withdraw its request for hearing based upon Employment and Training Administration's Revised Final Determination. Complainant hereby voluntarily withdraws its request for hearing.
Accordingly, the above-captioned matter is hereby DISMISSED.
